JALD TECH | RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Not happy with your JALD TECH purchase? No worries! You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Here's how:

How to Make a Return:

​

  1. Initiate Your Return Online:

    • Head to your JALD TECH account on JALDTECH.com or the app.

    • Locate your order under "Your Orders" and click "Return/Refund."

    • Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return. Provide any additional information requested.

    • Choose your refund method: JALD TECH credit or original payment method. Submit your request.

  2. Free Return Shipping (First Time):

    • If it's your first return for an order within 30 days, you'll get a free return label via email.

    • Print the label and securely attach it to your return package. Include all original barcodes for returned items.

    • Tip: Use transparent bags for items without barcodes before placing them in the return package.

  3. Drop-Off at our partner courier:

    • Pack your return items securely and ensure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

    • Head to the nearest office of our courier in your location and drop off your return package.

  4. Return Tracking and Refund:

    • Track your return status through your order details page or JALD TECH notifications.

    • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Important Notes:

  • You have 14 days from submitting your return request to mail your package back.

  • The return label is only valid for shipments within the US (excluding security-restricted areas).

  • Refunds may take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) to appear in your original payment method.

Return Shipping for Subsequent Items:

  • Free return shipping applies only to the first return per order.

  • Want to return additional items from the same order? No problem, as long as it's within the 30-day window. You'll still use the provided return label but pay the shipping fee deducted from your refund.

Finding Your Return Label:

  • Access your return label through "Your Orders":

    • Click "All Orders" -> "Print your return label and start return" -> "Print return label."

  • Alternatively: "Returns" -> "Print return label" to download and print the label.

What Can't Be Returned?

  • Worn, washed, or damaged clothing (after delivery) with missing tags or hygiene stickers.

  • Items marked as non-refundable.

  • Health and personal care items.

  • Certain free gifts and customized products.

Refund Options:

  • JALD TECH Credit: Faster processing and no expiration date. Credits cannot be used for cash but only for JALD TECH purchases.

  • Original Payment Method: Subject to your bank's processing time.

Missing Items or Undelivered Packages?

  • Contact JALD TECH customer service for assistance with missing items or packages showing delivered but not received.
